Return & Replacement Policy

Return Policy :

  • Customers may return products purchased from “Get Stunned” within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are subject to approval upon inspection by our team. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Replacement Policy :

  • Replacements will only be provided in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect. Customers are required to notify “Get Stunned” within 7 days of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Upon verification of the defect, a replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be free from manufacturing defects, no replacement will be provided.
